Carlton Vented Disc

The 2.2 Vauxhall Carlton vented front disc is a good brake conversion for a Manta. The GTE in particular being a 110BHP sports coupe with pretty mediocre brakes, benefits greatly from a brake conversion/brake upgrade.

By binning the single front disc and single pot slider callipers you are replacing the unit with a heavier disc but for its twin disc and vented design it is a superior brake conversion.

The brake servo unit can be left the same, and the pipes too, but the Carlton disc and calliper will replace the Manta setup like-for-like.
